The Exploring of Imitation Salt Egg

Today many things that get particular attention to the society. One of them is the issue of food consumed each day. In fact, not only cosmetics that can be faked, but also many persons who able to falsify food, say, salt egg.

Salt egg should be made from duck egg is forged using chicken egg. The forgery way is varied. Start of three day and some have only one day. In fact, the original salt egg can only be sold two weeks later. Of course, this is very advantages for people who managed to deceive the public. They can get up to two-fold benefit of each egg.

Forgery way that they use is very easy. They only need a few ingredients that can be found in stores, such as vinegar, salt, paint stencil, and paint amplifier. They do just soak chicken egg into vinegar water for thirty minutes. After that, the egg is injected with salt water in order to get  salty taste like salt egg in general. To make more general appearance, chicken egg is painted using a stencil brush with paint and paint amplifier. Then chicken egg is given starch to make the perfect impression.

Of course, this makes people uneasy because not all people know how to distinguish between original salt egg with a fake salt egg. In addition, the imitation salt egg certainly are not clean and not guaranteed health. However, there is a way that people are not fooled by this salt egg forgery, namely, by checking whether there are patches of eggshell in its appearance, and look at the color of egg yolk. The original yolk is reddish, while the fake egg yolk is paler or same as a chicken egg yolk.

After knowing and understanding of imitated egg, now we should be more careful in buying egg. The egg that has no good quality means the source for disease. So, do not be fooled in choosing egg that will be consumed.
